It depends on what state you live in and the terms and conditions of your liquor license. Anyone with a business selling alcohol ought to have a lawyer, and if you don't feel like reading through the license yourself, he/she will be able to help you.

You would need to have the original receipts to prove that the applicable local and federal liquor taxes and levies had already been paid on those bottles. As long as you have the receipts, you should be able to sell your personal wines through the restaurant.

Check the license. You maybe able to have the restaurant buy the wine from you. It is just a paper trail but as others said check the license.
