Depends, Santa is big so a sumo style fight would play to his advantage. Also, he visits all the kids in the world in a single night so he's really fast. Jesus on the otherhand walked a lot so I'd think he'd have a lot of stamina and has demonstrated the ability to take a beating. Also he went apeshit in the temple that time so he might have one over Santa in the "crazy" factor. It'd be a good close fight either way I think.
