Your gun was made in 1897. With that being said:
Model 1894 Rifle 1894-1929 Mfg.
90%...... 80%
$1,350 $1,150
Add 20% for takedown variation.
Add 50%-75% for deluxe models, depending on original condition.
Add 40% for 1894-1898 antique mfg. (pre-148,000 ser. no.).
Add approx. 25% for cals. other than .30-30 Win. or .32 Spl.
MODEL 1894 TRAPPER'S CARBINE
- all features similar to the standard SRC, except with a 14, 15, or 16 in. barrel.
90% .......80% .....70%
$5,750 $4,650 $4,000
The large majority of this variation are encountered in .30-30 Win. cal. with 15 in. barrel. Any other caliber or barrel length will create a premium. Most of these carbines are brown and rusty. Rarely, if ever, encountered with very much finish remaining.
Note: Check federal laws on legality of 14 and 15 in. barrels.
MODEL 1894 SADDLE RING CARBINE
- 20 in. round barrel.
90%........ 80%.... 70%
$1,500.. $1,250... $975
Add 50% for 1894-1898 antique mfg. (pre-148,000 ser. no.).
Add 40% for any cal. other than .30-30 Win. or .32 Spl.
Carbines with special order features such as pistol grip, deluxe wood, checkering, etc. can bring even greater premiums than the rifle.

model 94's are no longer made and that is a fairly early serial number. the prices on 94's are all over the place right now but wait a year or two and it would probably be around $1,000. I have a 94 with a much later SN and it was appraised at about $500. however i wouldnt sell it period, but if you do call winchester first and ask them to run the serial number and get the date of manufacture, if its before 1964 the value just went alot higher than the $1,000. check out some of the gun auction sites i saw some very old winchesters the other day going for $15,000. good luck.

Without knowing what subgrade the rifle is ( Standard/Legacy/Ranger/Trails/Timber ) I would not be 100% correct.
Going by what I know at 80% most model 94's will go for around $150-165 US Dollars.
Again, with more input, I can give you more output. Some modle 94's will go for five to six hundred dollars.

* They are currently selling at Auctions but in order to give you what the Value of yours is, and the year it was Manufactured I need all the numbers in the serial number.* If it only has a four (4*) digit serial number it would be worth Thousands of Dollars.** If your X's in the serial number you gave represents numbers then it was Manufactured in 1951 and is Valued at $350.00 Dollars in Good Used Condition without a scope, and that it has never been drilled or tapped for a scope, or anything else.*
