I have an appt. tomorrow to get my hair colored/dyed/highlighted...whatever. I have never done anything to my hair, and I am ready for something new. I have really dirty blonde almost brown color hair, and a fair complexion face, and i was just wondering what I should do to my hair. I don't want any funky color, you know like not natural looking, but I want to change it to where it looks like I changed it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

I was faced with this about three years ago... I got light blonde highlights... it will really brighten and warm your face... don't go too blonde like platinum, that will wash you out, but a few lighter blonde streaks around your face and crown will probably look great

i'd go more blonde- get layers of color- so that you don't have that two tone i highlighted my hair at home look- with your stylist, pick three colors of blond that look good together and would go with your complection and get you hair lightened with highlights of those three colors- it will look natural while looking different. plus it cuts down on the maintenence when your hair grows out- you won't have those obvious dark roots you know? then get a simple cut that easy to take care of and style. make sure you go somewhere good and know what you want- if you just show up and say i want something different you have no recourse if you hate it~

Ok get it colored dish water blond and then get blond hilights then get liars and if u have wavy hair get it straitined strait hair get a purm thats what i did to my hair and it look great

I think maybe you should try getting layers and and foils with different shades of blonde, that can look really good. maybe get a side fringe or something too

have streaks bleached out in it so the brown and blond mix then have it slightly layered in back and then permed you will look way cool

go brunette... it will make the features of your face stand out!!! and get some blonde-ish highlights... and you'll make a really cool transformation!!!

get a perm and get your hair a lighteror daker clour it already is .hopes thes helps oh and keep it long just get a trim

you should cut it short, but obviously not too short, probably just long enough to put it up. and dye the underneath black.
