9 weeks; depending on the seasons, the moon changes etc. It can vary between as early as 58 days to as late as 65 days. I am a breeder and have one that always has hers 58-60 days while the average for the others is 63 days.
I've found as a general rule of thumb my females always whelp with the moon change.

The gestation period for dogs is sixty three days.
However, canine sperm can live and still be viable for up to 12 days within the female dog. When a female dog is in heat she will accept males and can mate numerous times. So, it is possible for puppies from the same litter to have different fathers.
Depending upon when the female's eggs are released and when they actually are fertilized it can be anywhere from 63 to 75 days before the puppies are born.

Pregnancy, also called the gestation period, ranges from 60 to 67 days, averaging 63 days. Most dogs deliver (whelp) between days 63 and 65. The only way to accurately determine the stage of pregnancy is to count days from the time of breeding. If at all possible, the breeding date(s) should be recorded.

I dunno how long after conception the puppies would be borne, but if you don't know then you are not a responsible breeder and should have fixed your dog before this happened because an accident like that is allways your fault, no matter if the dog was in the care of someone else when the act was commited.
That's not how I see things, I'm just... I dunno, trying to prove a point to people that'll tell you off and call you stupid just because there's something you don't know. It's as though the fact that I don't know their middly name makes me stupid. I think that makes them a little more than retarded and I'm trying to spread the word ^_^
