Theres this girl that i really like but im not sure if she likes me back. She knows i like her, thanks to all my friends, but i some how need to get her to like me.

OK, I'm going to give you some advice I wish someone had told me before I started high school. It would have saved me a lot of grief.
You cannot make a girl change her mind about you if she does not like you. It's possible, but it's so rare that for the sake of your sanity you should consider it impossible.
If you want to find out if she likes you, the only way to do that reliably is to go ask her out. Talk to her! You will be able to sense if she likes you if you put your own feelings aside and pay careful attention. Just because you like her does not mean that she will feel the same about you (no matter how perfect you think you are for each other).
If you are to succeed with women, you have to realize that you don't need them. You can't be stuck on what people think of you either. Do what you wish, and cultivate the attitude that says "I like myself no matter what anyone thinks of me."
If at any point she mentions being "friends" with you, or that you're "like a brother" or "she's not ready for a relationship" etc, you should give up and move on. That's how girls these days reject guys a lot of the time. It's really sad, because most guys don't give up on time that way. They'll stick around for their egos to take another beating. These girls who reject you will not change their minds about you for the better.

awww... i got that same problem with a guy i like. please, just talk to her!! make eye contact!! say hi!!....actually, the best thing to do is tell her she's cute. us girls love that kinda stuff and can't stop dreaming about the guy that tells us that.

hang out with her, be yourself.. and if there's a dance coming up, either invite her or dance at leastv one dance with her... or you could do both.. believe me, a dance says a lot..
