How can I make a program startup automatically when I log in to Windows?

Y'z Shadow is that program I am trying to use but I want that program to startup when I startup Windows

Find you start-up folder. Drag the start command or execute from your program and drop it in the folder. Voila, it will start when Windows starts.

The best, safest, way is to add it to The Startup in the Start menu.

Just Copy+Paste or drag a Shortcut (OR Program EXE) into Start > All Programs > Startup.
