If by "true" you mean more of an exorcism-related movie than the Exorcist, I don't really think so. The Exorcist is somewhat more in depth, in my opinion, and focuses on the pure theme of exorcism. The movie Constantine does include an exorcism and some exorcist-related activities, but its focus is more general, focusing on eliminating demons from the Earth or however they explained it. In my opinion I think exorcism is a tad tad different than fighting and slaying demons and ridding them from the Earth.

Constantine is more sci fi or fantasy whereas The Exorcist was supposedly taken from a true story. So I'd have to say no. I guess being honest loses me 10 points since askers usually want someone to agree with them.

Excrocisms are bunk, because demons are too evil to take over human bodies.
