How did you collect 13 ponds, and why do you want to lose them? Can't you sell them?
Sorry, had to get that out of my system- I'm an awful English critic.
Seriously, don't worry about losing the weight before New Year's Eve- 13 pounds isn't that big of a deal. Not only that, it's not going to happen with a broken foot. Believe me- if you try to get out and exercise, your foot is going to take a LONG time to heal. No, it's best to wait until it's healed and then start exercising. I suppose you could diet, but who wants to do that at Christmas? Have a good holiday season and THEN focus on losing some weight.

I feel your pain! I broke my ankle a month ago and I'm still trying to get back in shape from being off it. Unfortunatly, it may too hard to lose 13 lbs before New Years with a broken foot but I would suggest doing upper body work (i.e. sit ups, lifting small weights, etc.). It also depends on how much longer your going to need a cast. Since you dont have crutches, I would also suggest doing walking (as long as it doesn't bother you) as this will help greatly.

You really should of thought about this a few weeks ago. I am sorry you broke your foot..but don't get silly over 13 little pounds. The only thing I could think of is...go Atkins. No carbs of any kind.High protein and NO sugars and No breads..no fruits. If you do this for about a 2 weeks you might be able to come off with some of that weight..BUT...don't be surprised if you put all that back on and more, when it is over. Be super careful 13 pounds may cost you 20.

unless you are extremely overweight and have a ton of weight to lose I would say there is no way you are gonna lose 13 pounds before new years..especially with a broken foot. You would have to cut WAYYY back on calories and exercise a ton which you can't do because of your foot.

cut back back energy and workout. dropping one hundred in six month is somewhat severe, because of the fact on uncomplicated you lose around 10-15 in keeping with month. So 8-10 months is a little extra lifelike. i replaced into 210 pounds in could of ultimate twelve months, and because then i've got lost approximately 60 pounds general. come across a workout consultation habitual which you would be able to commit to and are waiting to do as quickly as an afternoon, and save careful music of the energy you consume via the day. I cut back back to approximately 1600 energy in keeping with day, and did an hour on the table sure bike an afternoon, and this in my view labored quite properly for me. And regardless of you do, do no longer end. It took me YEARS to discover a habitual that labored, yet when I did, and that i lost the burden, I felt great approximately myself. reliable success :)

If you live near a health food store such as GNC, they have something called HOLLYWOOD DIET. It works. It is something to "clean and flush" your system. They recommend that people do that at least once a year. Good luck!

Maybe a stationary bicycle. Other than that, you may want to try crunches (with your legs in the air). Lifting weights with your upper body.
