Me and this guy had crushes with each other and I think he had fallen in love with me a lot, but he have not asking me out yet which have been a year already. Everytime I want to move on, he is giving me sings and I keep giving him chances. I really care for him, but I want him to ask me out already. I am beginning to wonder if it is the high level of education that makes him takes long.

I don't think education is the problem. If you are giving him signals and he is not asking you out, maybe you should ask him out or move on. There are lots of fish in the sea. Another thing, I don't think he would be in love with you if you haven't even gotten to know each other. Just my opinion.

Why not take matters into ur own hands and instead of waiting for him to ask u out ask him out! if he really lieks u like u say he does then he would say yes. but if he is just giving u signs to play around then i dont think its the right thing to do,if u know u want to move onto someone else dont be afraid

just go to him your self stop waiting just ask him do you want to try this or what if not go on life is way to short to be playing yes or no games let him know how you feel if he feels the same tell him lets do this then
