Nose bleeds do not always mean a serious illness, I , my sister , when we were young years ago ,my child and her child all had frequent nose bleed's , iF the weather was too warm , too cold all had an effect, but i would have the child seen to by a doctor just to make sure . it probably is nothing to worry about. just a weakness in the blood vessels

I used to get nose bleeds if I had too much sugar, but if this is an on-going problem your son needs to see a doctor already.

Good luck.

it sounds as though he might be holding his breath when crying this would cause pressure to build up inside his head, hence the nose bleeds...

Take him to the Doctors ASAP or even the emergency room... this sounds as though an expert needs to take a look, not us bunch of loonies on here. Please get him checked out NOW. Good luck , I sure he will be fine but please get him checked..
