i really truely love this girl but its been a couple months since she broke up with me and shes already gotten over me but i cant get over her how do i do it or whats the best way to win her back without being too dramatic or drastic like should i get her jealous?

She obviousley dosent feel the same way about you that you do about her.
so i dont think you should really bother with trying to win her back.
you dont want a one sided relationship.
i tried getting my x boyfriend back for 2 years and it didnt work.
but now i have got a whole new group of friends and i am having more fun than ever because i dont have to waste my time trying win back someone who didnt want to be with me.
You will find the right girl one day when you are least expecting it.

Move on. Your wasting to much time looking back and not enough time looking forward to a happy future with someone you can truly be happy with.
