Homosexuality is not an alternative life-style acceptable to God. Frequently, both gay and liberal preachers twist the scriptures in futile endeavors to make it seem that it is. (2 Peter 3:16) Thousands of years ago Jehovah destroyed Sodom because most of the males of that city practiced it. Centuries later the apostle Peter likened men who copied those Sodomites to “unreasoning animals born naturally to be caught and destroyed.” 2 Peter 2:6-13.
In unmistakable language, both male homosexuality and lesbianism are condemned by the inspired apostle Paul: “God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error.” Romans 1:26, 27.
Paul specifically mentioned those who evidently take on a passive sexual role and those who assume a more active “male” role in their immoral relations. Thus he made it plain that God disapproves of all homosexual acts.
Paul is saying that anyone that is "homosexual, or & adulterers, nor effeminate "having unsuitable feminine qualities" nor abusers" so he is not just referring to homosexuals but to all above, these cannot be approved of God or receive any blessings from the Kingdom that Jesus talked about when he was on the earth

As mentioned, there are numerous scriptures that make it abundantly clear homosexuality is wrong.
In addition, true Christians know that even deeply rooted wrong desires, including those that may have a genetic basis or that involve physical causes or environmental factors, are not insurmountable for persons who truly want to please God. Some people are by nature highly emotional. Perhaps in the past they gave free rein to fits of anger; but knowledge of God's will, the desire to please him, and the help of his spirit enable them to develop self-control. A person may be an alcoholic, but with proper motivation, he can refrain from drinking. In the same way, a person may feel strongly attracted to others of the same sex, but by following the counsel of the Bible he can remain clean from homosexual practices.

The Bible clearly states...If a man shall lay with a man, he shall be put to death. read Romans 1:27 that leaves no dout at all. And Sodom & Gamorah were destroyed because of all kinds of wickedness, clearly saying men lusting for men. Genesis 19 :5 also clearly addresses your question. 1 Cor. spends alot of time on sexual matters, the do's and don'ts. Just read your Bible and remember that the WORD is LAW. We can interpert all we want to, but God tells us to lean NOT on our own interpatation. Romans 1:27 can not be any clearer...read it then read 1Cor 6:9&10 .

Then Saul's anger was kindled against Jonathan, and he said unto him, Thou son of the perverse rebellious woman, do not I know that thou hast chosen the son of Jesse to thine own confusion, and unto the confusion of thy mother's nakedness? 1 Sam 20:30
To explain: The verses in Vaikra deal with the actual act. The first mention tells that it is an abomination. That means a repugnant thing, in addition to it being a sin.
The second verse declares that it will incur death penalty on both transgressors. In the event that there are no 2 witnesses to the actual act (no death penalty without at least 2 witnesses according to the Torah), the death penalty will be carried out by the heavenly court. The reason for the first verse is that there can't be a punishment, if there is no warning that such an act is sinful.
The last verse, in 1st Samuel, deals not with the act itself, but with the emotional feeling called same sex attraction. While having such feelings is not a wilful crime, they of course tend to lessen the resistance against or facilitate the performance of such acts. Same thing as if one finds it repugnant to eat unclean animals - one is much less likely to sin by eating them.
In the verse, King Saul also raises the suspicion that Jonathan had been afflicted with this "unclean" attraction through a heavenly decree because Jonathan's mother was not careful enough with the laws of family purity for herself. Exhibiting this behavior thus not only brings scorn on the individual, it also raises the question about their parents.

The passages in Leviticus, understood IN THE CONTEXT of the time and place, are not an admonishment against loving sexual relationships between people of the same sex but instead against sex as a form of domination and control. Besides, these passages are part of the Holiness Code which is not binding to modern day Christians (or anyone else for that matter).
The story of Sodom and Gomorrah was a warning against rape, inhospitality and xenophobia. The reason for Sodom's destruction is made clear in Ezekiel 16:48-50. According to Ezekiel, the sins of Sodom were pride, laziness, being inhospitable, neglecting the needs of the poor, greed, and idolatry (the worshiping of idols). Nothing about homosexuality is mentioned. If Jude 1:17 describes anything about the sexual immorality and perversion in Sodom and Gomorrah, it's describing RAPE.
1 Corinthians was a mistranslation of the word malakee. It's used elsewhere in the Bible to mean someone who lacks discipline or one who is morally weak, and never is it used in reference to sexuality or gender.
1 Timothy? Also a mistranslation. 1 Timothy was an admonishment against male prostitution, not committed, loving same sex relationships.
The words physin and paraphysin in Romans 1 have also been mistranslated. Contrary to popular belief, the word paraphysin does not mean "to go against the laws of nature", but rather implies action which is uncharacteristic for that particular person. An example of the word paraphysin is used in Romans 11:24, where God acts in an uncharacteristic (paraphysin) way to accept the Gentiles. When the scripture is understood correctly, it seems to imply that it would be unnatural for heterosexuals to live as homosexuals, and for homosexuals to live as heterosexuals.
