Guys, can you offer advice please ?

I'm a female in my very early 20's with a young baby. I'm a single mum.

I work in a bar and have been chatting to one of the customers quite a lot.

He has asked me out but I don't know what to say. I really like him, but what will he say when I tell him I have a baby? Will it put him off me?

don't worry about it, see how it goes. If it matters then he's not worth it. It wouldn't bother me one bit unless the father was still in the picture because that can lead to complications.

Why not ask him out for a proper date first so you can at least see whether you like the guy without bringing your child into the equation. Don't wait too long before telling him you have a child but don't give away too much too soon about your child to protect your child and be sure it is safe to introduce him to the baby as there are a lot of weirdos out there and you can never tell on appearances only. If he is worth bothering with, he won't mind that you have a child but don't expect him to want to be a father straight away as these things take time to develop and don't expect too much too soon, expect only that which you would from a guy if there were no baby involved. This guy isn't going to be your husband in the next month (probably) so he's going to be a boyfriend and that means he can go into this with no commitment issues.

I think because of this it shouldn't make a diffrence whatever his point of view, at this time you having a child isn't an issue.

Having a serious relationship is a diffrent matter, some guys just don't want this but they are few and that's their choice at the end of the day.

Either way, i think you have nothing to lose.

Well babies can be a major turn-off for most guys around your age, so if you guys go out and really hit it off i would wait until the third or fourth date to tell him. And if it doesn't then don't bother. I know a girl who's 20 and has a five year old son, made me think no-less of her. She was the coolest, all people make mistakes.

Why dont you mention it to him - the fact that you would be upfront with him about your baby before you accept his offer of a date should mean a lot.
I dont think it will bother him being honest - being a single mum is no crime nowadays!!
Next time he's in and chatting just tell him about your child and ask him does that bother him or does his offer of a date still stand?

Men in bars look for a good time. If you fantasize something more than a carnal relationship, I'm afraid that you'll be disappointed, there are exceptions though, and for the sake of these rare exceptions, you have to come out clean with him and tell him about your child.

erm how the baby come about should be the first question to ask yourself if it was a next customers baby not sayin that it is but u not sayin its not either so im presuming it might just be, if that was the case then maybe he just lookin to knock u up too... now if we presume it wasn't a customers baby n some ex bf's then maybe he still lookin to knock u up cos u still a easy lay lmao

Tell him besides working your baby takes up a lot of your time. Check out his reaction, then tell him you'd love too!!! If he is serious he will make it a date, if he doesn't you know he is too insecure to date someone with children!!! Good Luck!!!

Do't tell him on the first date. (Mind you there are lots of things not to do on the first date.) See if you a good time and then, if you do, consider telling him. There'll be things about him he won't tell you for a while. If it does put him off eventually, tough. Love me, love my kids.

Go on a date with him, and while if you like him and think it could go somewhere tell him straight away that you're a mom. Don't hide it from him or he'll think you're sneaky when he does find out. If you guys don't hit it off then don't bother.
