That depends entirely on your definition of the word fair.If by fair, you mean God treats everyone the same, then no, God is not fair. Parents with two children must give equal amounts of presents, spend equal amounts of time, etc., etc. – all in attempts to be fair. God does not deal with humanity in this way. God is good, gracious, loving, forgiving – but He is also just, righteous, and holy. We have all sinned against God (Romans 3:23) and are therefore worthy of eternal death (Romans 6:23). If we all received what we deserve, we would all end up in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:14-15). God is good, so He sent Jesus Christ to die on the cross in our place, taking the punishment that we deserve (2 Corinthians 5:21). All we have to do is believe in Him and we will be saved, forgiven, and promised an eternal home in heaven (John 3:16).despite God’s loving grace, no one would believe in Him on their own (Romans 3:10-18). God has to draw us to Him in order for us to believe (John 6:44). God does not draw everyone, but only certain people He has sovereignly chosen (Romans 8:29-30; Ephesians 1:5,11). This is not “fair” since God is not treating all people equally. However, God does not have to choose anyone. Those whom God has chosen are receiving God’s love and grace. Those whom God has not chosen are receiving what they truly deserve. So, in this sense, God is being fair. Those who reject Him receive the punishment they deserve (John 3:18,36). Those who believe are receiving far more, and much better, than what they deserve. No one, though, is being punished beyond what they deserve. So, this is fair.

Since god works in mysterious ways, it is hard to tell what his ways are.
Anyways, I would say being fair isn't the case in some circumstances involving birth defects, environmental deficiencies, and similar cases.
I would say god is fair relating to what we are capable of. That we can perceive our environments and react to them with a positive or negative attitude.
With our abilities to make our idea of heaven right here on earth.(or hell)

Because I sat still and waited on the Lord. So is God fair to me yes, am I always fair to God? No, and yet he keeps loving me. Praise The Lord!!!

God certainly does not have to be fair, because He is the Potter and we are the clay. The Creator has a right to do whatever He wants to do and who can stop Him?
Have you ever thought that all the wicked get, is what they are getting now? Our God is righteous and gracious. God said that those He loves he chastens. A good Father disciplines. Our pain and suffering is teaching us. The Bible says when suffering comes to "count it all joy." Christ is getting us ready for all eternity with Him. You are right to keep your eyes on the Lord.

God is holy and just. You may not fully understand all His actions, in fact, it would be impossible to fully know - He knows all things, and how they will all work together - we only see a little puzzle piece.
The wicked will eventually get their comeuppance - and while there are no 'good' people (all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God), the ones who have trusted in Him will get the rewards God has promised.

I believe God is always fair...It is us who assume he is not because we do not get what we want or think things should be differently. In God's master plan, everything is according to how he sees it to be. We may not understand and I don't think we are supposed to all the time, but we accept, continue praising God and hope to one day be with him. Sometimes I think things are a test of fate and how we react will determine how we fair in that test.
God does not make mistakes, it is not our job to judge and when we see people getting rewarded all the time, mean people getting away with whatever...Well we cannot judge them, God knows what he is doing and I know he will take care of everything as it should be. We have no clue about the lives of those people behind closed doors, we just see the outside.
I hope this helps, it is not the easiest thing to see or accept but when you trust God you have to do it completely...
God Bless and Happy Holidays!

Although God has permitted imperfection and suffering for a long time from the human viewpoint, he will not allow bad conditions to go on indefinitely. The Bible tells us that God has a specific time period for allowing these things to happen.
"For everything there is an appointed time." (Ecclesiastes 3:1) When God's allotted time for permitting wickedness and suffering comes to its conclusion, then he will intervene in human affairs. He will bring an end to wickedness and suffering and will fulfill his original purpose to have the earth filled with a perfect, happy human family enjoying total peace and economic security amid Paradise conditions.

Regardless of what we have been told by Bubba Preachers, God's message is:
Harmony is harmony.
Disharmony is the only sin against God.
I can't think of anything or any theme that is more fair.

god allowed us to live and to figure out the mysterys of this world. God knew that we were perfect (spirit), and wanted us to see the other side of us which isn't perfect (body).
He promised to teach us ethics, and would be a guidance to us through our lives. By teaching us morals, he hopes that one day, we would be perfect once more and to return to the other world. He forgave us for our flaws and imperfections.
