My fiance was raped...here is what happened, she and I were at a bar, we were both drunk and out of sound mind, someone we were hanging out with wanted a ride home, he told me they were going to drive around the parking lot a bit, then they would come back and I would drive behind them. Well we were tricked and they drove off, I tried to follow, but couldn't find them, I drove back to the bar, and called for the police, after waiting an hour a cop shows up and tells me that he wont do anything about my fiance being kidnapped, because it hasen't been 24 hours yet. So hours later she comes back to the bar in the morning, where I was waiting for her, and tells me she was raped, well I call the cops again, and tell them what happened, after all the paperwork was done with and she was on her way to the hospital, they say that they can't find the guy because they were chasing him and he got away. Well weeks went by and I have heard nothing from the cops on the capture of this punk, but....

Do you know who the guy is?
Whatever you do, do not take matters into your own hands. Let the detectives do their jobs. It wouldn't hurt to keep on them about the case, though, call or go by the detective's office and ask if they have found out anything. If you don't think they are doing enough, contact their captain.
That guy is the scum of the earth. My heart goes out to you & even more so to your fiance.

Why didn't she call the cops herself ?? That doesn't make sence man. Why would she wait until morning if a girl gets raped shes calling the cops after it happends.
What you can do though is go out and look for this guy and kick the livin sh!t outta him. But see what his side of the story is first ..maybe she came on to him in her drunkn state.

that guys face + baseball bat in your hands + a couple of hard stomps on his nuts + a warning that if you ever see him again he will get another dose of what he just got + letting a few gay guys have there way with him= enough for me, my gf was raped and the cops wouldnt do **** about it. So i beat the living **** out of that guy. Luckily i didnt have any kind of weapon or i very likely could have killed him, it was just my bare fists, and my feet. I dont think he will ever touch another girl in his life ever again. I guess the cops worked in my favor with this one, they didnt do **** about her getting rapped, and they didnt do **** about me kicking the living **** out of this guy. But it worked for me, and i havent seen that guy around in along time. the only thing cops have ever done for me are pull me over and give me damn tickets, but when you need them they dont do a damn thing.

This is the kind of rape conviction the Innocence Project just LOVES to overturn.... and the prosecutors know it...
Get a blood test, and a new fiance...

call the police again or just comfort her i mean the police were stupid for not trying to find him i really hope she's alright i wish you the best of luck.

That's horrible. Keep getting on their cases until justice is served! If not, try not to dwell on it because trust me, he will pay for what he did one way or another.
