you might want to try future phone, I read about in the news, first you have to dial the access number based out of Iowa, then when the gateway answers, enter 011 then the country code and number you want to reach. I don't know what all countries it works with but if it's free it's worth a try, all you have to pay is the rate to call Iowa. The access number is (712)945-1111.
