There is ONE WAY, and it is not legal in every state. It is called common-law marriage. Please see the source link to learn more.
Common-law marriage can still be contracted in the following jurisdictions: Alabama, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, New Hampshire (posthumously), Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.

Hello...
Not really, but in Nevada, you can get the license and get married all pretty much at the same time....the whole process can take just a few hours, or less, depending.....Just ask Britney Spears and Jason Alexander....

In order for a marriage to be LEGAL and official you have to have:
- a marriage license
- an ordained person preforming the ceremony (judge, preist, etc)
- a witness (some states require two)
- You have to have the lines: "Do you take..... " and "I do"
All four are required for the marriage to be legally recognized.
