when someone looks over your shoulder at what you're doing on the computer. I think it's rude and would like them to stop with no hard feelings.

I would say in a polite voice, "Do you need to use tho computer?"

people are just naturally curious I can see your point though that would be annoying after awhile especially if they're breathing down your neck or have *** breath. I dont know , maybe ask them to stop? Maybe there computer illiterate and are watching so they can learn something?good luck be kind.
