I know I'm being a rebel here but honestly: take the time to go golfing with him pay for a round of golf compliment his/her skills, have a good time, be a part of the experience for him/her. As with a muscian having someone give the gift of being inspired by him/her, there is no better way to let the person you are giving the gift to know more, that his/her personallity and lifestyle mean something to you.

Maybe a new golf putter if you think he would like it. Or a Nice set of balls and tees. Gift certificates are always an option if you want to. Also you could be humorous and get him a sign that has a golf joke on it.( i.e. Golfers welcome, others by appointment)

I really like the Denali Clubtub, golf club cleaner. It is very effective and easy to use. It costs about $40.00. You can spend the rest on some quality golf balls (Titleist Pro V1, etc.)

I bet there is one thing this person does not have and would love to have ... a caddy.
Offer to caddy this person during his/hers next tournament, it includes:
*Carrying the bag,
*Keep the clubs and balls clean.
*Counting your steps from the yard markers
* keep the person hydraded
*Saying encouraging things, like:
*"Great shot" after a good shot
*"Forget about it, let's focus on making the next short a great one " after a bad shot"
If they truly have everything then 2 dozen of premium golf balls will always be useful, local golf shops will often have service to personalize these ball which is a nice touch.
