For someone saved your life, return whatever you have to him/her. If you can help him/her to get legal citizenship, just do it! Doesn't matter how hard it is. Your life could have gone, so, what you are thinking about?? Do it! Also, the persons stay in another country illegally, the money is the only reason to keep them there. So, give money (as much as you can), to help your life saver release him/herself out , to go back to the home country. Must be at least US$200,000 as I understand or as much as you can offer, at last a help. And help you to feel better.

Thanking him and extending financial help will be the best way of showing your gratitude to him.

The matter of the fact is that the person is still an illegal immigrant, it's either you keep your mouth shut or report him.

I know it's difficult but your conscience will answer your question.

Good luck.

Thank the illegal immigrant and then call the B.I.C.E. and make a full report.

What could you do if an illegal immigrant took your life? took your Identity? Sold drugs to your kids? Robbed you? Raped your wife or daughter? Hit & ran with his/her uninsured & unregistered vehicle? Brought terrorism to your country? Thanks for asking!

Thank him or her. I wouldn't know that they are illegal, because that is not one of the questions I would ask them after they saved my life.

I would say thank you. However, one good act doesn't erase an illegal act.

Since he or she is putting himself or herself at risk of being detected by Immigration, I would testify for his or her benefit.

I would thank him, give him a great deal of money, and have his asss deported back to Mexico.

Now he's got money to make a better life for himself or to be able to afford to get here legally.

I would thank him, and still be against illegal immigration. One act of kindness and bravery will not make up for this entire situation. When will they thank us for what they've received here instead of making accusations and DEMANDING rights?

The more likely scenaro is what would I do if an illegal assaulted me....oh yea....it's already happened!

Or...what would I do if an illegal stole my ID....oh yea....been there done that!

Basically your question is a fairy tale question and has no place in the real world of the criminal illegals in America.

Thank him profusely and do a kind deed in return.
This person literally saved your LIFE.
Maybe you can do the same for someone else someday, wouldn't that be wonderful?
