If it is written so that you cannot tell the bias of the asker, or if they identify their faith, they indicate a genuine curiosity about others' views.

Information questions are great.

Questions that provoke thought without disrespect.

Questions that require people to speak for themselves rather than regurgitate last week's sermon.

I think Questions should only be questions, not something else. Here at Y!A, we are to resolve the confusions of our mind, not to fight World War 3 or something. We better behave here and help each other by asking questions that we need to ask.

Answers, in the same way, are required to be answers, the real ones. No critic, no pointing fingers, etc.

Probably, there is difference in perspective of each and every person due to his environment, his beleifs, and way of thinking. But this is what called diffrence of opinion. Which what Y!A is for.

I think the best question is the one which is there to get an idea of others' point of view which may be followed by divergence/creation of one's own.

I don't think there's a definition. Some people think that they should only be highly intelligent questions that provoke thought, some people like the idiots who post overly exaggerated lies, and some just don't give a ****. Such as myself. There aren't standards here, it's just Y!A.

This is not a research center. If you need exact data search it out on the internet.

However, if you are in doubt of some data, and you want a human response ....... then this is the place.

Good questions ask for input, and are open-minded to the pros and cons of the subject.

Good answers are simple: Be honest. But, be brief. (my biggest problem is being brief, so please forgive me.

PS: If you have a link to another website, I imagine its ok to cite it, but PLEASE don't quote it lenghthily in your answer. We want your personal ideas and thought on the subject.
