For any one that believes or is religious this is a good question to ask yourself. Why would someone so caring allow children to suffer. Even if it was to teach the world a lesson why would they be the victims?
It's because there is no god. If there was he wouldn't subject small children to be victims. So we ourselves must be held accountable for helping those in need.
I realize that other people have different ideas about god but, it doesn't make sense. You can't make suffering make sense. There is no justifiable reason.
We have one opportunity to get things right and that time is now!
You don't get any second chances. It's up to us to make things right.

If there really was a god there would be no poor children in Africa, or any where else for that matter and if there is a god, he is not making a very good job of it, is he.

No, He expects you to go over there and feed them. If you can't go then support a missionary or World Vision, or Christians Children's Fund or some such group that does help kids in need. That is how God works in the world today, by people, so don't cop out and blame God if you are doing nothing.

God doesn't laugh. He just lets life go on as if he wasn't even there. It's all part of his plan. See people in Africa that are starving might lose faith and some may not. It is God's way as putting them through a test of faith.

Well, if I were God I wouldn't laugh at those children, I'd help them. Then I'd go laugh at the fat amercan kids eating at McDonalds.
As for the real God, well.... wait, is God even real? Questions like this make you wonder...
There ya go. :P

NO.....that's why we are all the thoughts of God, why we all differ in gifts. That's why we are here of free will, to help one another, do good to your neighbor as you would to yourself.
