I absolutely think there is something terribly wrong with that but my roomate, a co worker of the guy who who told me about it, doesn't get it.

Well if a man buys panties for his g/f's teenage daughter then that means he wants to see you in them and then take them off cuz he really wants to have sex with you or maybe a 3 some. Yes totally, my dad wouldn't ever think about going out and buying underwear for me. This is completely Wrong no man should be talking to his friends about what kind of underwear his girlfriends teenage daughter wears that's just wrong. If i was you i would be having words.....

It is absolutely inappropriate! He could give her a gift card so she could buy anything she wants. Panties are too intimate a gift.

Not unless he tells his gf and gives her money to buy them. If not he is a pervert and is just waiting on teh moment. If I was you I would get rid of him beofre he does something he shouldn't. I don't even buy underwear fro my own daughter much less for my gf daughter. SO it is inappropriate. Best thing to do is get rid of him.
