You can get him an experience - such as a morning on a race track in a fast motor car, a one hour flying lesson, a hot-air balloon morning. (look them up on the net under "days out" or "experiences" or "red letter days")
Vouchers for a massage, theatre, cinema. Or make up a hamper with his favorite beer/sweets in it. Or you can buy him vouchers for a shop which sells his favorite brands. If all else fails, a stuffed toad wearing a leather jacket and riding a motor bike made from a coke can might suffice!

It is hard to buy for someone who is very fussy and also already has everything they want. BUT nobody every gets tired of having too much money. Just give cash.

Socks and extra nice toiletries. It might sound boring but these are things you will always need replacing and it is so nice putting on a new pair of socks!
