There is no evidence that Jesus has traveled in the East Asia to learn Buddhist and Hindu Philosophy. However, there is a fact that the Emperor Asoka sent out his Buddhist missionaries in the west Asia in the third century BC 256. Theravada Buddhist monks had long been active in Alexandria before the birth of Christianity. Moreover, there was the trade links between India and the Mediterranean Roman Empire (Sweell 1904). Along with the merchandise and Buddhist missionary movements, religious ideas also traveled both to and from the Mediterranean. Christian church fathers like Clement of Alexandria (c. 202), speaks appreciatively not only of Buddhist philosophy but also the presence of Buddhist sramanas (wanderers). Therefore, we can say that the Jesus grew up in a cultural and literary milieu influenced by Indian, Buddhist and Hindu thought patterns.

In the beginning there was the word and the word was made flesh.
The Christ was always here even before the solar system was formed. Buddha learned from God. How that was accomplished you and I don't know.
Buddhism has a lot of Christian ethics as do many other religions that I know of. The problem for me is that there is no other religion that has the Christ Jesus! Therefor they lack the salvation I need to be with God the Holy Father.
"God is perfect" You cannot have an imperfection with what is perfect. The Christ sacrificed Himself for the whole world so that those who have faith in Him will be seen as perfect. Those who do not know Him but the Christ knows them ....they will be made perfect by His sacrifice. All the other religions have a wonderful base of ethics, they do not have a fail safe for the humanity of us all. The Christ has that for you and I. This is why I find all other religions lacking.

Yes. Absolutely, Jesus' teachings were borrowed from Buddha. He may have even traveled to the orient in the years which were unaccounted for in the bible--A full 25 or so years!! He could have journeyed to Tibet, who knows,
All we know is that he came back to his birth place and started philosophising like all heck! So something inspired him!
I have no doubt Jesus travelled abroad and brought back to the Middle East what he had learned from his spriritual retreat in the orient.
There are books written on this. And there are even ancient manuscripts in Buddhist temples which meantion Jesus! He was there.....

I have always believed that there was a potential that Jesus' teachings made their way to the middle east through the Gandhara kingdom across the hellenistic conquests of Alexander.

in my opinion, the finished personalities whose teachings grew to develop into large religions, did not do it for the sake of organising any religions. It develop into their large ideas and habit that attracted those who grew to develop into their followers. They got here in this international at diverse places and at diverse cases at the same time as social circumstances were also diverse. They tried to get rid of the social vices triumphing in the time of their cases. With their habit and teachings they confirmed the righteous ideas to society, which with the passage of time grew to develop into social constitutions pronounced as religions. there develop into no non secular hierarchy of any form that a particular Prophet ought to %. up a lead from the teachings of a previous Prophet as a successor may do. They were neither any competition. The stress and extremism, if any, modern in any cutting-edge religions has been presented in by technique of their so pronounced as followers with fraudulent and ranging interpretations. really religions do no longer contradict one yet another if rightly interpreted with connection with the social circumstances acquiring in the course of the sessions of the respective large Prophets.

I totally believe that, given that we all came from the same source of "All That Is" or God or the Universe or whatever name you want to call It. It makes sense that the message is similar, just using different language.
