I've seen this before but I forget where or how to do it.
I have Bank of America. I think they will do it but I'm not sure.
I bought it about 2-3 weeks ago it's a prepaid cell phone. $130 now its $86

Most stores will do it, you should just phone the store. You will probably have to bring the item plus the reciept back to the store. There may be a time limit too....like if you bought it within the last 14 days.

some store will let you take back the receipt and get back the difference, call them and ask. but if they wont and it is still in the package take it back,get a refund, then go back and buy it again at the sale price.

Take your item along with a receipt and they will give you a refund. Make sure you have your receipt.
