It's not the truth. It supports the murder of woman who have been raped, It does not allow women in public without their heads covered. It says to murder the infidel. If you are American, or just not Islamic, THIS MEANS YOU!
If you are female, if someone raped you, they would go on their merry way to rape others, and your own family (who God has given to care for you), will murder you! If you are a degenerate male who enjoys looking at women, you will not like that you can not look at them (OK, this doesn't bother me obviously, but i'm sure it does some). If you are female and feel you shouldn't have to cover your face and hair, you will not like that requirement.
If you are an agnostic or pagan you will hate the belief in a god that has a right to Make laws for you to follow, and hate that many are ready to give out thae punishment for breaking the laws.
A person who lives by the islamic faith that has not been changed or watered down will feel called to kill others from other religions and seek to subjugate by death. Therefore, terrorism is encouraged.
A person who lives by Christianity that has not been changed or diluted, will seek to save everyone while there is yet time. They believe it is the government's role to restrain evil, and their role to share the truth and lead people to Christ. So, a Christian should never become a terrorist.
If you look back over history, you will find that Islamic nations have been dangerous places to be, unless you are an islamic male. They also feel justified in finvadting other nations. It took Spain over 700 years of fighting to get them out of there (711 to 1492). If they take over a nation, they will not tolerate all those that tolerated them enough to let them in. Those that do not assimilate, will be persecuted.
Most islamists are people who sincerely believe that they are correct. They would not be willing to die for their religion if they did not believe. I admire their sincerity, while i beg them, for their sakes, to be sure of what they are believing in. You must have both accurate knowledge and faith to be saved, neither one is enough on their own.
The disciples of Jesus died for their faith. They must have sincerely believed it was real, or they wouldn't have been willing to die for it. Of everyone in the world, they were in the best place to examine the claims of Christ. He adequately proved who he was to them. He changed their lives. If one could find a different motivator for all the disciples suffered for the sake of the cross, one might be able to argue that Christianity is a sham (it would at least give you a chance), Examine the Scriptures and actively seek the Most High God.

Maybe it's because of so many muslims around the world behaving violently? Or because of the way they treat their women? Or because they basically forbid anybody from leaving the religion? Or the way they treat women? Or just because all religions are a form of delusion? Or just because we have to hate somebody, to fuel the war on terror now that fear of the soviets can't be used to control people any more?

It is not Islam per say, it is the violence that is being done by a substantial part of it.
No amount of propaganda is going to hide that fact. If you want your religion to look peaceful, you need to take it up with the guys who are causing the problems in your name.

They are not against Islam but they are for freedom from religious fundamentalists who say women who don't cover up 'ask to be raped'.

they torture murders on the Christian population. the Christians who have no protection are being victimized because of their religion.
on October 11TH the body of the priest and his head were found in different places Muslims had cut his head and limbs they called his wife and told her your husband deserved to die because he refuse to convert to Islam. weather his body in bags so his blood would not soil land of Islam. (Father paulos eskander Syriac orthodox church. Tow days later his family found his body after Muslims killers called his wife and tolled her where to fined his body. this by Dinkran Ego Eastern star news

They are uneducated and the more the news media blasts Muslims-the more people believe everything they hear--true or not.
My favorite example is:
Newspaper says,''Muslim man kills 5 on a bus''.
Newspaper says,''Man kills 5 on a bus''.
It does not say ,''Christian man kills 5 on a bus''.
Thank the news media for most of it.
