Within fifteen years after victory, slavery would have been abolished due to international pressure. The southern states would have much more power than they do now, and either we'd have the world's largest guarded border between the CSA & the USA, or, in my opinion more likely, we'd have a relationship similair to that of the US and Canada, and Honest Abe wouldn't be considered one of or greatest presidents.

Most likely Canada would be a huge country.. the english were assisting the south in their war effort , if the south would have won england would have found a way either through political or militarily taking back the united states

The wetbacks would've had to travel another 600-800 more miles to get into the US.

I think State's Rights would have prevailed nationwide, or we would be two different countries.

Slavery would have died a natural death as technology advanced and made human labor obselete.

Civil rights would have probably advanced much more quickly than it did however, because I think more blacks would have formed more successful armed rebellions.

Truly there is know way to know for certain but I would bet that states would have more power to govern themselves and our federal government would not be as powerful as they are now.

We would still have slaves probably or a different event might of happened that stopped us from having slaves.
