i like eating snacks, but i dont wanna get fat. please help me! and if u do, tell me where u got the info if u can.

Apples with peanut butter, popcorn, wheat thins with low-fat cheese, grapes, almonds, pears, apples with cinnamon sprinkled on top, pears with cinnamon sprinkled on top, different low-fat cereals are good to munch on, carrot sticks with or without the low-fat ranch dressing, celery with peanut butter.

I have a million but I'll stop now :D

Fruit: apples, bananas, an orange, grapes.

String cheese

Low or non-fat yogurt

A handful of nuts: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts.

Half a bagel w/low or non-fat cream cheese

Raisins
