I originally had a cold and actually still have it. My nose is stuffed up. I heard that ear infections can come from sinus problems. My ear feels like its plugged up. Not too much pain but there is some. Any suggestions?

Antibiotics are the only thing besides the body's natural immune system that will cure inner ear infections. Because there is some pain and the cold has been going on for a while, it might be a good idea to see a doctor sooner than later.

You can buy over the counter meds to help with the pain but if it is a true infection you will need antibiotics. a hair dryer set on warm can help take some of the pain away. Also so put a few drops of olive oil in your ear. But not when the hair dryer is on!!!!! Ouch Hope you feel better.

I suggest ear drops. they really help, but first you have to consult your doctor so they can give you the heads up.
