maybe, either that or she thinks youre attractive. She might think this of a few people though.

It's a very strong possibility. It would surprise me if she didn't. When you notice her staring at you, make eye contact and smile, and get up and go talk to her.

maybe you keep forgetting to pluck your uni brow. Just cause a girl is staring at you doesn't mean she likes you, go up and talk to her and find out if shes interested. If it makes you feel uncomfortable just tell her, STOP LOOKING AT ME YOU PERVERT. ya...don't do that.
