No. At least none that I've run into. Then again, there is no myth surrounding the birth of either the Devil or Satan. It's not important for them to show that the Devil or Satan was a being born of a human mother.
Christianity is dependent upon such myths to show that Christ fulfilled certain propheseys.

As a Satanist, I celebrate the solstices and equinoxes. They are natural markers, and being a big believer in Life, they make a great reason to celebrate. My biggest holidays are my own birthday as well as the birthdays of those around me. Why not celebrate the people that I love?

No, but they do celebrate a "black mass" which is kind of the opposite of our easter. There is human sacrifice where the victim is crucified upside down and orgies with evil spirits.
