eat healthy by replacing high fat foods with fruits and veggies for snacks of the low fat popcorn. get exercise of 30 minutes in 4-5 times a week. walking, jogging. eat balanced and healthy meals. drink water before you eat it helps you feel fuller so you don't eat as much at meal times. also when you are eating listen to your body. a person will generally do a big sigh when they have had enough to eat. time to push away from the table.

Take your current weight and multiply by 7. This is the amount of calories you need to maintain your current weight. If you consume less than that, you will lose weight.
It is really important that you buy a food scale and a notebook. Make sure that you eat proper portions and keep a journal of what you're doing so you can see how well you're doing.
Don't eat fast food. The number of calories in fast food is really amazing compared to how many they have when you buy the food at the store and cook it yourself.

Losing weight? 14 lbs? you can lose it in about 2 weeks. Losing fat and keeping it off, the healthy way, about 7-8 weeks. Eat small meals 5-6 times a day. Higher in protein, lower in fat, lower in carbs. Try not to eat too many foods that are processed in order to make them. Try to eat natural foods. Foods that are natural in nature, e.g. apples instead of apple sauce, fresh green beans instead of canned. Consume complex carbs, i.e. oatmeal, whole wheat bread, cereals, brown rice etc., instead of sugar coated cereals, white flour noodles, white rice. Watch portion sizes to limit calories to 300-500 calories per meal every three hours or so. Eat lean proteins like chicken breast, turkey, albacore tuna, egg whites, and very lean red meats (95+% fat free) Try to do a little more exercise like walking, taking the stairs, or lifting weights, nothing massive, just something to cause you to burn a few more calories than you do now. why dint u ask an easier question!!! Stay away from the Christmas cholates and u dont have to go on a healty deit or be anierx or barf like a model. just eat ur fruits and veggs and eat helthy and get up early to run around your neighbor hood a few times and in no time at all you will loose all the weight you want.

Two things:
Eat less
Exercise more
Generally speaking, you do not want to lose more than 1lb. per week. If you lose more than one pound per week, then you are more than likely losing muscle as well. Muscle loss will actually slow your fat loss efforts.
