Where was Jesus between the ages of 12 and 30? Why was it decided to keep that out of the bible?
I think he was somewhere being a husband and probably a father. In order to sell the son of God myth, it was decided to portray this human man as a virgin.

If you do know where he was, what is your proof?

Nothing is new under the sun. I could not agree more. I don't know why I get amazed when I see that the world is 6000 years old.

I think he was replaced by a set of identical twins to facilitate a phony resurrection--the original was probably killed, and the twins hidden away long enough for the switch to go unnoticed

At 12, Jesus was in the Temple talking with the teachers of the law. That is where his parents found him. Afterwards, the next 18 years are not mentioned. Joseph probably was teaching him a trade since he was a carpenter, as the Pharisees and the Saducees did call Jesus the son of a carpenter. Also more then likely Mary and Joseph were probably teaching him in the ways of God. Jesus probably went to the Jewish schools just like any normal boy. It is not written in the Bible, probably because it is not for us to know at this time. I believe that if we were meant to know, God would have had that information included in the bible.

Where is your proof ?? The Holy Bible tells that Jesus traveled and taught the word of God all over the region. This is what He was doing. Biblical Scholars feel the same way. As far as your assumption of Jesus being a husband and a father, where is your proof ? Never heard that one before. Guess one never knows what comes up. Nothing is new , under the sun.

The bible is silent on those years. It just states that He grew in wisdom and stature. We know He was a carpenter. There is no mention of Jesus getting married. He come to this world for the will of The Father God to be done. He was obedient unto death. Sex, to the creator of the entire universe is not the same meaning as it is to people. Our ways are not His ways, His way is much higher than ours. You have limited understand about the true meaning of love. To many people it is sex.Not so with God.

The most reliable history book ever written was the Bible, many secular teachers even agree with this. But if you are totally "anti-Bible" then you should look into the writings of Josephus who was a Jewish scribe at the time of Christ. He wrote for the kings at the time and although it is not canonized (in the Bible) he actually confirms many of the events seen in Scripture.
However, you need to explore with an open mind, otherwise even when you see the truth you won't accept it. Would love to visit with you more if you're interested!

At 12 he was found in the synigoge teaching teachers he was also busy growing up as a carpenter because God had appointed him a time place and way for his will to be done. The Bible also does not say where Jesus was when he went into the Desert or on a mountain to Pray to his Father it was his own prayers and preperation and the will of God.

gorgeous, you don't really want an answer. Of course no one can prove to you where Jesus was between ages 12 and 30. Somehow I don't think that's your real beef. I've read many of your responses and some of your questions and I don't know what's transpired in your life to bring you to where you are right now, but I do know one thing with all my heart and soul. Nobody can explain their relationship to God to you to your satisfaction unless you decide you want to get to know Him on your own. It's an intimate relationship, that gets sweeter as you get to know His merciful, forgiving, righteous character more, and you must first trust Him from a true sincere, repentant heart before He will make Himself known to you. That's about all I can say, and I say it with all sincerity, that when you decide to believe, then you will see.
God bless you.

You should be more concerned about where Jesus is between now and eternity.
It is not the things in the Bible that we don't understand that are obligatory, it is the things that are understood that beckon accountability.
There is enough about His life in the Bible to provide an example of the kind of person we each need to be.
If I tell you where He was, will you believe what He is ?

we know Jesus was sinless, even muslims will agree with that. whether he was married or not, is beside the point. he would have did so Sinlessly so i don't care. we know he was a carpenter, we can assume he worked in his adult years, he didn't just lay around lazy all day. i don't need a diary of Jesus whole lifetime to accept who He was: the Son of God.

First if you believe the bible is BS then why would you not think the book you got his being a father and husband was more BS? You cannot have it both ways. And he was working with his father, Joseph, and perfecting his teaching style.
