Alley McBird, Larry Bird. Have a nice day. Get another cockatiel. It would be nice for the other bird to have a bird in the same species. Gizmo and Gadget. Gizmo and Spike. Gizmo and Thingamajig.Have a great holiday.

I wouldn't change his name for the fact that he would be use to it already.. Gizmo is a cute name and i think it would suite him perfect =) i might actually name one of my new Budgie chicks Gizmo heheee (i think its cute) ...
Oh thanks for the name idea BTW :p

EDITED: if i had a Conure id call it Bodhi, meaning "awakening" or "enlightenment" Im saving the name for My male Eclectus parrot when i get him..

Conures are smart birds which means he already knows his name is Gizmo. I wouldn't change it. (By the way, that name is cool anyhow!! I like it!!)

I think it's best to have like birds. I vote for another conure, a female, and I'd name her "Gracey."

You can name birds by their color and characteristics. For example my birds are yellow and green, so I named them lemon and lime. If they like to tweet a lot you could it tweety or chirpy. Or if it hops around a lot you could call it jumpy or something.Good luck.
