Well you have a lot in the Guangdong province. It is rather convinient after to export the products via Hong-Kong. Otherwise your also Jiangsu province ( just at the left of Shanghai ) and Zhejiang (under Shanghai if I'm correct)

its depending on what kind of textile you need... for silk or other major kinds visit Hangzhou 2 hrs from Shanghai..... Shanghai also have big industry for textile... i visited Hangzhou, they have factories near by... just have enough time to explore and in the end just decide from where you want to buy...

They are everywhere. But perhaps the greatest concentration would be in the Guangdong province in and around GuangZhou.
