my new years resulution is to lose wheight i weigh 135lb and im 13
my problem is i dont know how tell me this:
* how do i kno how many carbs are in food
* minimum i should carbs should recive daily
* how i find out how many calories
* minimum calories i should recive daily

Google the GI Diet by Rick Gallop. You dont have to count carbs or calories or anything else. Its as easy as traffic lights...green for go ahead and eat, yellow for caution and red for stop (dont put it in your mouth!).
I have lost almost 80 in the last 6 months with this diet, its great, it uses real food and isnt a fad diet...good luck..I wish you well..;
PS Dont forget to exercise every day :)

DON"T LOSE 20-30 pounds your only thirteen your body could't handle that your could develope bad health problems. 135lbs is light for anybody. Just wait till your about 16 years old to start worry about how you look and if you want big muscles and all. How tall are you? Unless your about 5ft tall and 135lbs your a little overweight. But if your over 5ft tall and 135lbs your at a fine weight. I am 5'6'' and 156lbs.

Ignore all that. The stress of it will make you fatter. Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
