I recently went on a date with this girl. It went well. We planned to meet again, but it was too late in the night. She texted me that she was sorry about that night. Should i wait for her to call me?

Don't play a waiting game. You know the old saying.....if you snooze you lose. Call her !

I would wait at least 2 days. You call her right away and you may appear stalkish. You wait, it shows you have patience and then if the date really went well, after 2 days she'll miss you enough not to let anything stop her from planning to see you.

Call her. You have to let know that you are interested. Do not appear obsessed, but give her a couple more times. If she finds excuses 1 or 2 more time then she is not interested and you move on.

You probably should, but don't take longer than 2, maximum 3 days, you should settle things, if it goes good then congratulations else I consider that it's harder to leave a dream than a person, so we have a saying in my language it goes like don't "yell"(i don't know exactly the word, we say don't say -hop-), until you jumped the fence, hope it's was useful

No, don't wait to call her. She wouldn't have texted you if she didn't want to hear from you again. Speaking as a woman, that was her invitation for you to call.
