He doesn't talk to anyone. He's not there. Your life can be happy without an imaginary friend. Just try it.

I know it can be frustrating. You ask what proof there is that He's the son of God. For one, He died and rose again. No one has been able to refute the resurrection.
The tomb was empty, if it weren't they would've found the body. The disciples couldn't have stolen it, since there were Roman guards protecting it to prevent that from happening. In addition, they would be unclean for touching a dead body and would have to explain why they were unclean when they made an offering.
There have been a few theories put forth as to where the body could've gone, and none of them stand up to scrutiny. The one conclusion that can't be done away with is that Jesus really did rise again. Jesus is the Messiah. If you have any more questions, IM me, my sn should be on my info page

No Jesus does not pick favorites.
He is working to assist us 24/7.
You are not hearing because Jesus' true message does not sound anything like the nonsense that religion promotes as his word.
Having your head filled with religious misconceptions makes it impossible for you to recognise the truth when you hear it.
There is a book called the course in miracles that is designed to help you develop a very close relationship with God without any religious affiliation.
Many people feel the same way that you do about the pressures that often accompany hooking up with a particular religion. It seems like people are not happy until they have turned you into someone who agrees with them completely about their beliefs.
The idea that you had to belong to a particular religion to be pleasing to God never made much sense to a lot of us.
If you are interested the books are available on eBay and other places. This is for real, and it actually works. If I can be of any assistance just email.
Love and blessings Don

Have you tried reading your Bible? It says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. The Bible is HIs love letter to you, and your instruction book.
Also it compared the church with a body. 1 Corinthians 12:14-18 Indeed, the body does not consist of one member but of many. If the foot would say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear would say, "Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole body were hearing, where would the sense of smell be? But as it is, God has arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose.". The gifts of the members are necessary for the building up of the body. a fing on its own is no good. Why should you expect to live your life in Christ, apart from His body?
God frequeently speaks to us through HIs Word, the Bible. and through HIs Holy Spirit, and through His children.

It is called Faith. If you believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins, and you accept his forgiveness, then you will be saved. Jesus does speak through the Bible. The Holy Spirit convicts a person of sin (the things that they do wrong, like lying, cheating, murder, disobeying ones parents, etc.) and when you feel guilty about it you ask the person you wronged to forgive you, restoring the relationship that was broken. When Jesus talks to us, it is through prayer. Unlike the way we talk to each other on the phone or be email or letter, Jesus all talks to us through the bible. God used earthly men to communicate to us, his love. 2000 years ago, those men had a closer walk with him, and were eyewitnesses of His death on the cross and his Resurrection. They were also eyewitnesses of his miracles of healing sick people and raising people from the dead. When God gave those people the words to tell us, it was to share the good news of those miracles. When we accept Jesus by faith, He becomes alive as much now as he was back then, if not more so. If you have access to a Bible I would suggest that you start reading the book of the Gospel of John.

No...Jesus doesn't pick certain people, he wants everyone to know him. Read the Bible and seek him. God will not talk to you unless you let him in, which means giving your whole self, including heart and mind, to him. He loves everyone and wants everyone to know him. If you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord, you will be saved. The best advice that I can give is read the Bible. God will speak in many ways, sometimes it is a small voice, or a loud voice. Also, it might be through reading the Bible. Do not get discouraged if he doesn't talk to you or answer right away. Just seek him and trust him.

Listen sweetie, God does not have a son, Jesus was only a messenger of God, & He did not get crucified, God took him up to the heavens & created someone else that looked exactly like him. & that's the "jesus" ignorent people want to believe & follow.
When you pray & ask for mercy, pray directly to God, because God is the one who created you & God loves you, you don't need anyone else to come between you & God. & maybe you're not feeling good about this & asking queations because deep inside you know this is not right. In Islam, we believe in One God, "Allah", whom has no son & that jesus was a messenger of his, when we pray, we pray directly to "Allah" & no one else, we don't seek forgiveness or mercy from anyone but him.
You may misjudge me because all christians & jews hate Islam, but did you ever ask yourself "why"?? In this world, there are alot of religions, but for some mysterious reason, Islam was always hated my christians & jews, because they know it's right, & ask yourself, why are many christians converting to Islam & not the other way around? I'm a normal person, n'I don't hate anyone & in Islam, it doesn't matter weither you are white, black or even blue, race is nothing & you are only judged by the faith you have in God. If you have any doubts about what I'm saying, just read about Islam, know what it's about before letting other people decide for you. If you have doubts in your own religion, there must be something wrong. because why would a priest with high faith in Jesus "for example" rape little children??? shouldn't he be the one to "guide" other people not to? .. it makes no sense..I could go on & on talking about this, but my time is limited here, so if you have anymore questions, feel free to email me.
Take care & "Open your eyes"

Well it sounds like you want a special calling directly from God on your circumstances and qualifying as an adequate call by your standards. This will never happen, God calls on who when and where He wants and in what subtle or overt form He deems. Alot of times God will go through one person to relay His message to the people. Look at Abraham, Moses, and the Prophets! The Israelites needed Moses as a mediator. We need Jesus as the mediator and a priest is Jesus' representative on earth!

The idea of prophetic election (God choosing one person to talk to above others) is silly. Why should someone be able to see with the Divine vision and yet demand absolute fealty from those who haven't been given such a blessing? In that situation, who would be the more "faithful" - the one who had been given a vision or the one who believed without seeing? Wouldn't the follower be more spiritually exalted than the prophet?
No, to me this is just a way of people claiming authority on a basis that can't be proven (and therefore is difficult to challenge).
Put your Scripture down and start using the inquisitive tool of self-aware consciousness that you do have. If there is a god, he'd be proud of you.

Its because your looking for something to "happen to you." It doesn't work that way. You have to be the catalyst for your own change, Jesus can't do it for you, only you can. That's the beauty and heart-break of free-will. It sounds nice, but it leaves the burden on us as individuals, something that we're not used to in a world of let's blame everyone but me. Especially in a world of victimhood, where I can point to others and say, "they made me this way." Jesus expects you to do this on your own, he can't help. He and his father left you the complete Holy Bible to do research with and to read daily (it says inside) to find him and what your supposed to do. So, if you want to make a change, YOU will have to make it yourself, on your own time; otherwise its not going to happen. God doesn't pick people, they pick him by having a heart that is open to him. By "open to him" I mean one that wants to accept him and love him.
You say "but what is my proof that he is the son of God?" Perhaps that is what is holding you back. The fact that you NEED proof. No one I know has ever needed proof, they've always just KNOWN.

You know full well what open your heart means..especially if you have ever been in love. You opened your heart to that person. Perhaps you are not listening or perhaps he gave you an answer you refused to understand. He speaks to all and has no favorites. If you have been saved it will show in the way you live your life. Proof he is the son of God rests in the fact that he was born of a virgin and that he died and was raised up for our iniquities.
