Don't know, I'm allergic to cinnamon, but they probably wouldn't taste good. Most people mix cinnamon with sugar, plain tastes different, and would be really strong.

I wouldn't advise it. It would be the consistency of bark. It's better to just float one in cocoa or cider, or whatever you want...and let the flavor infuse with what you're drinking or eating. Then throw the stick out.

Yes, I do it all the time, just dont swallow the stick, kind of like a sunflower seed.

no, i don't think so. they are like twigs.
you could probably suck on them, but i wouldn't recommend that either.
