Why is it that when something bad happens that people can't be blamed for they say that God has a plan. However when something bad happens that people can be blamed for, God's plan has nothing to do with it? Also, whenever something good happens it's always the will of God, why is it that Christians can be so lazy about it?

I think that you have it backwards - it's that already lazy people remain Christian. Christianity doesn't cause laziness, laziness causes Christianity (or more accurately, prevents atheism).

Well, since in order to be an active practicing Christian requires effort, both physically and mentally your question is flawed. You ask why is it easy for a Christian to be lazy, however being a Christian requires some type of service that you attend, as well as being active in some sense in the church. Therefore, it would be much easier not to go, not to be active and to then be "lazy". Please try to phrase your question in a format that makes sense.

I hear nothing but pyschobabble and crying against what you can't understand.

If God isn't around, then who guides people in the poor, selfish decisions they make?
If you kill someone, is it for self defense of self gain?
If you steal from someone, what is the reason?
If you lie to someone, who are you protecting?
Is it always God's fault for the evil in the world, or is it selfish people who can't respect or think of others?

Welcome to free will. How you live your life is the decision of eternal destiny.
