Yep, quite a few.
One had no picture but sounded lovey on the phone - Looked like a 70's porn star with a bit of Matrix leather coat thing.
One forgot he had a wife - she called me!
One turned into a stalker!
One had a picture 15 years out of date
One couldn't remember what he put in his profile
One was minted and thought i should be grateful
One when i offered him a drink thought i was going to lace it, he should have been so lucky!
One looked old enough to be my Dad
and i am very fussy with names!
So i now have an account with Anne Summers!

Yes! I have used Internet dating off and on for a few years now. I'm made some great friends and am dating someone now that I met, but I found that most everyone else I met were much different (in looks and character) than what they presented themselves to be. Its a shame- hard for folks who are truly looking for their match to meet same. I even met one guy that turned out to be a scam artist - got contacted by FBI. Beware and be careful out there.

This has happened to me before...one girl I met turned out to be major OCD and called me 5 times in one night wondering what I was doing, it was crazy. I also have met some others who turned out to be good people but not ready to date because of recent heartache...its a tough call.

I have met plenty of guys on dating sites. They have always looked the same as their pictures, however.... when online, I have found some men to portray a different personality to what they truly are when I used to meet them. Talk is cheap. You can design yourself to be anyone online. I wouldn't recommend it.

At first u should know someone at the internet dating site is incorrect else the person couldda had many after her at the neighbourhood....Such people have nobody to be interested in them so the internet dating site is their only option.

well i was lucky, i met someone in the virgin mobile chat room, not an dating site granted but its the same risk i guess. and as i said, i was lucky, he was honest about what he did and looked like and we met in a public place after a few months of talking and txting, that was a yr ago and we're still together and madly in love.

Yes! But she turn out to be drunk all the time when she came to visit and that was just not fair to me. We lasted 1 month and split apart. Thank God.

I got a PC in Feb my wife used it mostly while i was at work and when i was at home .she was always on chatlines .turns out she has been seeing some guy from Northampton .i found her secret phone and confronted her .he has been up here to see her and she went down to bed him .OK we may have been going thru a rocky patch but she has cheated on me .so Gary your welcome to the ***** !!!!!!!!!!
