Definately go to a hairdressers and ask them to put a few highlights in your hair to brightenit up for you, (the same thing happened to me) and gradually go brighter and brighter. Ensure your hair is conditioned well. Do not attempt to do it your self as your hair can easily break as it is so processed. Good luck

You keep chemically altering your hair & you are going to start having problems.
You better just live with the color until it fades & grows out. You shouldn't dye or anything like that more often than every 6 - 8 weeks.
If I were you, I would just stick with the strawberry blonde for awhile & give your scalp & roots a break.
Platinum Blonde?? come on.... It is not even a natural looking color....YUK!

Jet black hair. I have truly dark brown hair and I consider dark hair looks better. I don't really like blonde hair.

you can have your hair stripped and dyed platinum blonde, but get it done professionally...there's a lot that can go wrong with that process if you try to do it on your own.

if you have blonde hair it will naturally get bleached by the actual sun in the summer. There had been this guy in my class who had golden blonde hair that was a medium brown near the base. When he came back to school after summer vacation, it was almost platinum blonde!
