I was thinking of dyeing my hair super super light blonde (thats its natural color, but i was stupid and decided to have it dyed brunette. brunette is such a pretty color of hair, but it just darkened my appearance too much) and i was also thinking of putting in some red highlights.
Besides from that color combo, do you think that highlights in general are unattractive, not cute, and/or too fake?
I dont, but then again my idea of beauty is always a little bit off. :/

have them decide on what color highlights to use. For the most part it is a couple of shades lighter than the base color...if the hair is dark and has really light highlights it may not look natural. Just ask your stylist.

As many have probably already said, highlights are great if they are done correctly. When I see others with highlights that look bad they've always done both or one of two things: the highlights are either too thick and chunky in appearance, or the color of the highlights is a color that is either unflattering or too different from their base color to look good or natural. If you get subtle highlights in a shade the compliments your natural or base color then the highlights will be pretty. I would recommend going to a reputable salon and getting the hightlights done however. A hairstylist would be able to get your hair lighter again and give you pretty highlights, as they can tricky to do at home.

Lots of people have natural highlights, and I think highlights are cool. But personally, I don't want to get them. Blondish highlights are really pretty on dark hair, just don't overdo it.

I think they are cute if your hair is so dull when you want to step up your appearance and game.just make sure the highlight you pick does not look trashy on your hair.

I don't know about that combo?
But I do think that highlights are very attractive if you get the right combination.

I think natural-looking highlights can look very pretty, however, done poorly, chunky and unnatural-looking highlights do look trashy or at least slightly ridiculous.

Highlights are not fake if done right. Try a method called weaving..ask your hair stylist about it.

i think they can be trashy or really cute but i guess it depends on how you carry yourself....if you dress trashy then your highlights will probably be interpreted as trashy!

do exactly no longer placed directly to plenty make up and gown intense high quality. i do no longer think of blonds are dumb or pretend except they act it. playstation . i do in comparison to her hair interior the %. evidently uninteresting and limp - confirm you get a intense high quality blond.
