Not easy! Skin is used to make gelatin which is good for your nails...but.
The theory goes that one should soak it in a warm bath with a little Epsom salts (MgSO4.7H2O), then use a pumice stone to remove some of the thickness & finally treat it with a mixture of essential oils & diluent. viz. Lavender oil 5ml, JoJoba oil 10ml, grape seed oil 5ml. Do not expect joy too quickly, just be persistant.
But you need to see what is best for you each person is different, thats part of the challenge of life. You could also do with ensuring the soles of your feet have enough exercise (improve circulation), v. frim rolling an old fashioned coke bottle with your brae feet whilst at a computer or watching TV.
