It seems that a girl at work tries to avoid speaking to me.At a recent office party she spoke to every team member apart from me-she does know who I am.We exchange glances in the office and when I catch her looking towards me,she looks away ASAP. Is she ignoring me or is it something else?
Another girl continuously asks me about what type of girls I go for, if I have a girlfriend, the longest I've been with a girl,wud I date a girl at work (I said no and she kept questioning why),how I wud treat a girl in a relationship,what I wud do for them,etc.They are only directed at me,not the other lads.She recently asked if I cud tell if a girl was giving hints-I said no and she told me what they were!!! She told me that I cud give her a 'special friend' teddy bear.She has a boyfriend....
Is she being friendly or giving me signs??? Don't want to misread anything...

she is baicly screamin at you she is shy an trys to let you know but doesnt want to say it right out if you have no intention on getting with er this is what you should do introduce your self an talk to her for a while then when an if everything goes ok after a couple of tconvorsations over a perioode of a week or so just be like after a long conversation would you an your boyfriend liket to have a drink with me an my GIRLFRIEND? or just invite her as a group some where an every where you go bring your girl friend if the other girl tags along that way she will soon get thing point

hats off to you man for noticing such a subtle thing..
thats a sign in my book and shes a bit shy by the sounds of things and maybe testing the water with the aid of the other girl.
maybe u shouldnt have said no straight off, especially if you like her. if you do i'd find away to back track and bring up the conversation again and perhaps make a slight hint towards liking somone...
see if the girls way towards you alters in any way.
smile at her and make it a bit more obvious that you are checking her out. aknowledge her when you have the natural opportunity and see how it developes.

not sure about the first girl, if she's not even saying good morning or hello, that's normally because they don't like u. does she blush when u catch her looking at u? they maybe she does like u. break the ice and say hello, the worst she can do is ignore u....and she doing that just now anyway so u have nothing to lose.
the second girl is making it obvious she likes u - asking u to give her a teddy bear! but she has a bf so i would leave well alone, signs or no signs, cause if she's prepared to cheat on her bf then she will do it to u as well.

She definitely NOT shy, is she? LOL The one who keeps looking at you then away when you notice may be interested but too shy to take initiative. maybe the one doing all the questions is asking for the other one?????? Someone who is dating someone would make me wonder why she is asking for a "friend" gift from you. maybe she not happy with current boyfriend but doesn't wanna make a move till something else is available.??? they both sound like they have a thing for you. lucky boi. there are some girls that if they do not know you well enough to just go up and say something without it being weird they will just play eye hocky with you like that. it means that you are supposed to bump into her and make it apparent wether you like her too or not. a little bit childish but i mean whats a girl to do

i think u should ask her out straight why she is being like this. she might be giving u signs but too shy to say anything or scared of being turned down. make the first move and see how it goes

shes definatley trying to find out how you work. because she like likes you so once she knows what you like and are into, she can act like that and convince you to like her. lol sorry if you didnt want to hear that. xxxxx (im not like that.) lol
