i cant remember what site i now it was in the harpendon area is there any way i can get numbers for that area at that time

If there is nothing in your history ... did you buy your pup from a reputable breeder?
If so, then maybe they have an advert on the Champdogs site (you need to click on whether or not it is a smooth coat or a long coat to see the list of breeders)

If it was a reputable breeder though, you should have had a pedigree & that should have the breeders name & address on it.

You should have some papers with the breeders number on it? You should always keep contact info for a breeder in case you have problems and need to get in touch with them. Is your puppy okay?
