In my company we have a prayer room which is open to anybody of any faith. I'm proud of it but do you really think its a bad thing?
Why?

For those christians, I'll let you know that Christians pray there too, not just muslims.

Anyway, mabye its a Canadian thing.

I would be perfectly fine with it so long as no one tried to convert me or force any kinds of beliefs on me. If taking a minute to pray helps someone get through the day, power to him. But if the prayer room was used to convert or exclude, or if it distracted the other employees in any way, I would probably not be a fan of it.

It's a good idea.

In my previous company there was one also, with an arrow showing the direction of Mecca.
I left a box of pasta just in case.

Ramen !

be a good idea as long as it was available to everyone and no one was forced into believing a specific way and as long as everyone was allowed the same amount of time.
