well by the way you write and spell you need to continue in school...if you move out how do you intend on supporting yourself..if you can prove you can support yourself and such go to court and get emmancipated

Get a job. Save up money. Then, when you turn 18, move out. You don't really have many options. As long as you're underage, you still have to do what your parents want. And plus, you can't get a place of your own until you're 18, anyways.

You may hate to hear it, but you should submit to your parent's authority. They know you better than anyone, if they do not believe your ready, then you probably aren't. It's not a picnic being on your own, so don't rush into something you have no idea of. A wise person listens to the instructions of their father and mother. Their experience will save you from a lot of hurt.
